What are the house rules?

We apreciate that you take your time to read our house rules her.

 

How do I cancel or change my booking?

If you choose a non-flexible reservation, it cannot be changed or refunded once it is made.

Therefore we recommend, that you choose a flexible reservation, which allows you to change and cancel your reservation free of charge upto 24 hours before arrival.

 

Do you provide bed linen and towels?

Yes. Bed linan, towels and bathrobe is included in the price.

If you stay with us for more than 4 days, we will provide you with fresh bed linen and towels.

 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes we do!

It is very fast and free of charge.

 

Where can I park?

There is free, on-street parking between 18:00 and 08:00.

If you need longer time parking, please contact us in andvance.

 

How do I check in?

Check in is between 13:00 and 17:00

 

Can I  check in late?

Yes, you are more than welcome. If you need to check in later please let us know in advance.

We will send you a message, on your arrvial day with check in information.

 

Can I get an early check in?

Please contact let us know in advance if you need early check in.

We can not  guarantee an early check in, but we will do our best.

 

When is check out?

Your access card will expire at 10:00 on your departure day.

 

Can I get a late check out?

You are more than welcome to ask.

We can not guarantee a late check out, but we will do our best to help you.

Can I rent a bike with you?

No, we do not have bike rental.

Bikes are available at Lergravsparken Metro St.

 

How do I get to Sleepcph?

Whether you travel by plane, train, bus or metro, you find all travelling by clicking here.

 

Can I make a reservation and pay upon arrival?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

Depending on your reservation your credit card will either be charged when you make your reservation or 48 hours before the arrival date.

What credit/debit cards are accepted?

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Dankort are accepted.

 

Can I pay with cash?

No, we do not accept cash payment.

 

Are pets accepted?

Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.

 

Do you provide hairdryers?

Yes, there are hairdryers in the bathrooms.

 

Do you provide shampoo and shower gel?

Yes, all bathrooms have a shampoo/shower gel dispenser.

 

Can I bring my own food and beverages

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it in the designated areas, but not in the rooms.

 

Do you serve breakfast?

No, we have complementary coffee, tea and fruit.

 

Do you have baby cots or extra beds?

No, unfortunately we do not.
